Although our domain name is perfect for 1066 and the Battle of Hastings, purely as a History site. Because of it's generic nature and unsurpassed memorability. It lends itself to many other things. Really our site could be about anything! 1066 is such a great name on it's own. We know this becuase of the offers we get daily to buy it from us! We have considered a pureplay travel portal based around the UK, or even dedicated just to the southeast of England. Potentially a huge business in itself.
